If I don’t exercise or workout should I still take nutritional supplements? 

Nutritional Supplements are just that, a “supplement” to regular food intake.  Our problem arises from the fact that we no longer are able to consume a healthy diet on a regular basis.  Our lifestyle demands time and because of that we often neglect to consume foods rich in vitamins, minerals, essential fats and the proper amounts of protein, carbohydrates and other essential nutrients.  By supplementing with high potency, extremely pure vitamins, minerals and performance supplements we are able to insure that our body is fully covered and is running at peak levels.

Will any Pure Nutritional products keep me up at night or cause secondary effects?

All Pure Nutritional products are tested for potency, purity and safety.  We do our best to maintain the highest safety standards.  This makes Pure Nutritionals extremely popular with physicians, clinicians and health care professionals.  With the exception of some of our performance products which contain small trace amounts of caffeine, there are no added stimulants or ingredients which may cause side effects.  Of course always consult your personal physician before using any Pure Nutritional or other dietary supplements.

Where do I start, there are so many products out there that it’s really hard to figure out what I really need for optimal health?

The vitamin and supplement industry is tricky.  There are so many attempts at increasing the price that the consumer will ultimately pay.  At Pure we have decided to keep our products exclusive to our customers for the sole reason that it would be extremely expensive for Pure to manufacture and then resell our products to distributors.  The end or “retail price” would be exuberant.  Instead we decided to focus on product quality, which in our case is extremely expensive, and sell our products directly to you, our customer.  This ensures both the best quality available and the best price for that quality.  Again, the proof isn’t in the marketing but instead in the results.
