If you would like to return a product, you must phone 956.992.9186, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST) within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions. Please note, products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular flavor.
All unopened products can be returned for a refund. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Pure Nutritionals at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.
No product returns can be accepted after 30 days.

Damages:
If you receive any merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must phone 956.992.9186, (M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM CST) within 24 hours after your receipt of shipment. We will then contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. Do not discard any portion of the shipment. The shipping company or Pure Nutritionals may need the damaged product or packaging material. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Pure Nutritionals is in no way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered.
