The Highly Stimulant Max Endurance System has all the beneﬁts of our (Non-Stim) version except we have added the addition of Crank, one of our strongest Pre-Workout Formulas to date. How To Take It:
– Start with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance 20 minutes before training
– Gradually increase to 1 full scoop in 6-8oz of water 20 minutes before training ( Do not exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period)
– Pre Workout – 1-2 scoops with 8-12oz of water 20 minutes before training
– Intra Workout- 1-2 scoops with 8-12oz of water taken throughout workout
-Post Workout- 1-2 scoops with 8-12oz of water and drink immediately after training
