With so many theories out about how you should fuel your workout it’s easy to be confused. The truth is pre/intra and post workout nutrition requires diligence and preparation.
The key to muscle growth and increased performance lies in your ability to recover. Recovery starts not after but instead before your workout. Rather than having a meal and some pre-workout before training, studies have found it’s much more beneficial to combine a precise combination of carbohydrates and amino acids with water and then drink before, during and after training. The exact preparation should be:
- 1 – 2 Scoops of Hypodex (Dose may be 50% less for females)
- 1 Scoop of BCAA LINXs
- 1 Scoop of Glutagen X
- *NOTE – (Mix with a minimum of 1/2-3/4 gallon of water)
This “Precise Formula” should be sipped on from 20 minutes before and through your training session. Once your training is completed you should mix whatever is left over with a post training formula consisting of exactly the same as above and 40-50 grams of whey Isolate (Isofactor 1). (Females may use 20-25 grams of whey isolate).
This combination of “Super Nutrients” will go to work before damage has been done and flood your muscle tissue with amino acids and unique carbohydrates (cluster dextrin) which will create the ideal environment for muscular repair, growth and recovery.
