This is the “Cocktail” I’ve been using for the last 10 years to add lean muscle to my body, trust me… it works!
But here’s the key, you must use it within 45 minutes of your last rep. Heck, I usually take it within 10-15 minutes to trigger maximum muscle growth.
Here is the “Anabolic Cocktail”
- 2 Scoops of Isofactor Whey Isolate
- 2 Scoops of Biofactor Carbohydrate Complex
- 2 Scoops of GlutagenX V2 with Peak 02
- 10gr (2 Scoop Creatine Monohydrate)
Simply mix the above with 8-10oz of ice-cold water and take with a small serving of simple sugars (I usually use a small apple) that all you need!If you’re a female trying to put on muscle use the same formula above but just use 50% of each item above.
